About Delfers

What does Delfers do?
Delfers is an industrial Edge AI and Operational Technology (OT) engineering company. We deploy autonomous industrial intelligence - digital twins, industrial computer vision, agentic AI and edge connectivity - for manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, pharma and other heavy industries. We have delivered 90+ industrial projects with a team of 100+ engineers.
Where is Delfers located?
Delfers is headquartered in Singapore, with offices in India, the USA, the UK, Malaysia and Australia. We serve customers across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
How is Delfers different from OT vendors that stop at dashboards?
Most OT vendors deliver alerts and assistants that wait for a human. Delfers deploys agentic AI that takes closed-loop action - adjusting setpoints, triggering work orders and re-routing processes autonomously, with full audit trails and human-in-the-loop guardrails your team controls. Your engineers supervise outcomes instead of chasing screens.
What industries does Delfers serve?
Manufacturing and automotive, oil and gas, energy and utilities, renewable energy, pharma, mining, logistics, smart cities and aquaculture. In manufacturing, typical results include 34% downtime reduction, 18% OEE improvement and sub-10ms vision inference across 350+ integrated PLCs.

Products

What is Cortex?
Cortex is the Delfers digital twin platform. It creates a real-time mirror of your plants, processes and assets for monitoring, simulation and optimization - so you can test decisions virtually before applying them on the line.
What is VisionX?
VisionX is the Delfers industrial computer vision suite. It uses camera-based AI for defect detection, safety compliance and process verification, with edge inference under 10 milliseconds so decisions happen at line speed.
What is Sentrix?
Sentrix is the Delfers agentic AI platform for manufacturing and OT. It is a library of 70+ specialized agents across plant performance, reliability, quality, energy, safety and operations intelligence. Agents read your live plant data, explain what is happening in plain language and recommend action, with every finding cited to the tag, alarm or timestamp behind it.
Do Sentrix agents change setpoints or control the plant on their own?
No. Sentrix agents are advisory by design: they recommend, people decide. Nothing writes to control systems or changes setpoints autonomously. That is deliberate for the factory floor, where a wrong autonomous action can halt production. Where governed write-back is wanted, that is a Cortex capability with bounds, approvals and rollback.
What does citation by construction mean?
Every Sentrix finding is tied to its source: the tag, alarm or timestamp behind it. It is enforced in the platform rather than being a presentation choice, so a finding that cannot be cited is not shown. Operators verify instead of trust.
What is Nexa and how many protocols does it support?
Nexa is the Delfers industrial edge gateway. It speaks 250+ OT protocols - PLC, SCADA, MES, historians and more - connecting brownfield equipment to modern AI workloads without ripping out existing systems.
Do Delfers products work with our existing PLCs and SCADA?
Yes. Nexa was built for brownfield sites: with support for 250+ OT protocols, it integrates with the PLCs, SCADA, MES and historian systems you already run. We have integrated more than 350 PLCs in manufacturing environments alone.

Deployment & Pilots

How quickly can we see a working system?
Ten days. The Delfers 10-day pilot puts a live system - not a slideshow - on your actual line. A typical path is pilot to full-factory rollout in about four months, then global scale on the same Nexa backbone.
Does Delfers deploy on-premise, at the edge, or in the cloud?
All three. Inference typically runs at the edge (on-premise) for latency and data sovereignty, with cloud used where it makes sense for training, fleet analytics and remote visibility. Architecture follows your constraints, not ours.
Do we need to replace existing equipment to adopt Delfers?
No. The platform is designed for brownfield adoption: Nexa connects to existing equipment over its native protocols, so AI capability is added on top of the systems you already own.

Security & Compliance

What certifications does Delfers hold?
Delfers is certified to ISO 27001:2022 (information security), ISO 22301:2019 (business continuity) and SOC 2 Type II, and is HIPAA compliant. Procurement and security teams can start from yes.
How does Delfers handle human oversight of autonomous agents?
Every agent runs with configurable human-in-the-loop guardrails: action scopes, approval thresholds and complete audit trails. You decide which actions are autonomous and which require sign-off, and every action is logged and reviewable.

Working with Delfers

How do we start a project with Delfers?
Contact us at sales.sg@delfers.com or +65 6492 1198, or use the contact form. Most engagements start with a scoped 10-day pilot on one line or process, so you evaluate results on your own data before committing further.
Can we resell or integrate Delfers products?
Yes. The Delfers partner programme covers resellers, systems integrators and technology partners. Apply on the Become a Partner page; the partner team typically responds within two business days.
Is Delfers hiring?
Yes - open roles are listed live on the Careers page, pulled directly from our recruiting system. Delfers is a founder-led team of 100+ engineers across six global offices.
